Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is used in food industry as quality improver, pH regulator,
buffer, emulsifying and dispersing agent, nutrient supplement and water retention agent. Mainly used in cheese, beverage, jelly,
tomato sauce, luncheon meat and meat salted products, and can be used as modified starch additive. The amount added in food
processing is 3-5%.

Application
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is the raw material for the manufacture of sodium hempetaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate. It is mainly used in leather making, boiler water treatment, as quality conditioner and baking powder, as buffer and baking powder raw material in food industry and fermentation industry, and also used as feed additive, detergent and dyeing agent.
