APPLICATIONS: It is widely used as emulsifier, thickening agent, preservative agent, foaming agent, lubricant agent, antifogging agent and in food and daily chemical industry.
1. It is used in candy, chocolate to prevent the separations between oil and water and avoid the sand sugar to crystallize. It can increase the exquisite feeling.
2. It is used in ice cream made smooth texture, the exquisite feeling, and shape retain of cold food.
3. It makes margarine as the dispersing medium and stability in water nicely.
4. It is used in bread to improve the construction of tissue, augment storage life and increase the
soft feeling and pliability.
5. As cosmetics additive ideal-type is widely used in sunscreen cream, face esters, skin brightener. Products can paste and smooth, stable homogeneous.
6. As plastic additive, GMS is necessary for many thermoplastic plastic, particulary for polyolefine as anti-shrinking agent, antistatic agent and release agent.
